Hello, OKELGO!
What’s OKELGO, you ask? It stands for “OK, Everybody, Let’s Get Organized!” And it is the rallying call for those of us who want to honor the memory of Elizabeth Alling Sewall by taking action to help find a cure for cancer.
As the story goes, at the age of three, Elizabeth put her hands on her hips and uttered this (now famous) line to her family. Through the years of telling and re-telling it, the story became something of a family legend.
As Elizabeth’s family moves forward, they are committed to helping support efforts toward a cure for breast cancer to honor her memory. To read more about their efforts, please visit the Endowment page.
